I’m guessing this can be a Shady album as well since Just Blaze is producing the entire thing. Maybe something like this since he also produced this track too from the Hall n Nash Project.

This one should be dripping independently from what I hear.

Oh really? I think they should do it on a major, get a bunch of heavy hitters if Just Blaze will produce the whole thing. I learned to appreciate this one single. Not their best but it's good for what it is.

Same here. A lot of times they dropped so fast that the moving didn’t always sound as proper, but this year all the Conway/Benny/Boldy releases have been mixed super clean.

Conway basically is paying an engineer to more or less live with him since covid started. That way he can record freely and have stuff mixed as he goes.

I think they’re paying more attention to that now.

Even Elcamino and Flee Lord joints been solidly mixed. No more 2000's recorded through a gemini mixer sounding tracks.

I feel you. I think the album's been done for a long time, and they added some Benny verses (at the time it was recorded Benny either wasn't signed or had just signed) and it's just needed a home to let fly. Just Blaze is too busy being his own tribute band to be bothered to do much music these days

i'm cool with the Benny add on verses, as long as they sound good. And yea Just Blaze should release more stuff, he still has fans from his past catalog.

Just Blaze was talking to Alchemist about '98 Sabers on the new Westside Gunn album. West asked him for 6 joints they day before West's album was due. No sample on '98 Sabers. Just, West, and Conway made Griselda and the Blazettes a few years ago that never got released. Just was inspired by Al's work-rate in 2020, and therefore Just told West the condition for doing '98 Sabers at the last minute is that he wanted to be able to release Griselda and the Blazettes as soon as possible.
