shyt is like looking my grocery list. Minus the coconut water, I just do water or if I absolutely must pour a crystal light in a drink every so often, along with the salmon (I get cod-trout and mackeral), I add spinach with the kale, minus the wheat (I rarely eat bread only when I bulk, but if its a must its wheat), with almonds (I get walnuts, sunflower seeds and pistachios- for a snack), along with steel cuts, I get cream of wheat (grew up on this), minus the apples and have the rest of the fruit you got plus kiwi. I try to have low sodium in my list and eliminate the bad carbs as much as I can. Add to it fish/flax oil, psyllium husk, and airpopcorn for a fiber snack I"m good to go. O, and white and green tea
