Don't know about enrolling but as long as you can pass for 18 or < you can go to any high school in your area and take a stroll around the hallways with the students, nobody will stop you

I was playing recreational hockey with a bunch of dudes. I didn't know anyone. Anyway, this guy next to me on the bench, who was in high school says, "Your good enough to play on the high school team." I was in my mid-20s at the time. I told him I graduated from college a couple years ago. He was like, "oh". It was a nice compliment.
And it would be cool to enroll in HS just to get on the hockey team, score a ton of goals and assists, break HS records, get called up by scouts and stuff. Have them treat me like I have golden balls. What a dream.
