Warning, the following post contains country music.

I love country music. I used to hate it. But man, you gotta live life to feel country. My man George Jones got me through a lot. I'll keep my country music in this post. And I'll keep it short. God damn I love these songs.

:mjcry: RIP to the God. I love you No Show Jones. I always forget how much I love country until I hear some fire ass classic country. The voices, the stories, the duets, and the real life romances. Family bands, father daughter duets, etc. Country is oddly transparent and honest.

Swear I'd be dead with George Jones. When I broke up with my girl I was fukking wrecked. There weren't enough dugs on the west coast to calm me down.

Imagine being estranged or adopted. Your dad is close to dying. He finally reaches you. This song is what GJ and his daughter felt for each other when they finally repaired their relationship. People ALWAYS need their parents. Especially if they didn't have them as children.

I plan to sing this song with my daughter. It'll be our first thing. "Our love was like a mountain I couldn't move it alone."

:mjcry:

Everyone I play this song doesn't get it. It proves how short the modern attention span. "He said I'll love you till I die. He stopped loving her today. This time he's over her for good. Soon they'll carry him away, he stopped loving her today."

Think about it. There ya go!
