At the end of the day there’s nothing wrong with dating a single mother. You just have to be more discerning of certain things from the JUMP that you might have had a few months/years to peep had she been childless. Things like the relationship with the father. The child’s relationship with the father. The woman’s relationship with her parents (specifically HER Father) are all things you need to have an understanding on almost from the get-go.
The “secret” for me with ANY Woman, but this might go double for single mothers, is her relationship with her OWN Father. A woman who wasn’t raised by her father or in the least didn’t have some sort of relationship with him growing up isn’t going to make an ideal wife. I’d go as far as to say that a woman’s thoughts, feelings, and emotions towards her father is MORE IMPORTANT than whatever relationship she has with the child’s father.
Ya’ll think boys are affected by absentee/ain’t shyt fathers? Shiiiiit look at GIRLS who grow up to be women who didn’t have their fathers. Daddy issues can DESTROY an other wise decent woman’s chances at a successful relationship
