You gon learn

You gotta win while you can. There are no morale victories in the NFL. I’m sure the Bengals said the same thing after the SB loss. “We have a bright future, we will back…” Yeah fukking right :russ:

I’m sure the commanders came into this year thinking “we can make the SB!” Yeah fukking right :russ:
You can be down a season, but you acting as if Daniel's will never play again lol. When he does the commanders will be a problem.

Nobody is saying this loss doesn't matter but caleb in year 2 , we got a great coach, Loveland, burden are rookies, we got offensive weapons all over the place, if a injury curves it, so be it but having the right pieces in place matter for your future. We far exceeded expectations and I cant speak for others but I never thought we were going to win it all. Too young too inexperienced bad defense etc. So I can Def look at this cup half full.

All I’m saying is the NFL is year to year. It’s hard to carry over success to the next season especially when your division is good. Just as fast as a team can turn up and go on a run, they can fall off and look like shyt. It doesn’t take much.

I learned that in 2022 when I thought the Rams were going back to back. Turns out we instantly turned to shyt and had to blow up the entire team.

ATL…overly
Ehhh I dont know about all of that, Ben Johnson was a big reason the Lions did not make it to the superbowl when they should have.

Can you seriously look at Detroit’s performance on offense this year compared to 2024 and not say that having Ben Johnson as a playcaller was a major reason the Lions didn’t make the playoffs? Cmon man
