PS5 considering that the ps5 specs are already out there and they probably have the dev kits...
I don't know why they just wont set it in Vice City and focus on drug smuggling to use the drug selling mini game they had on GTA Chinatown wars

considering they just now is focusing on GTA 6 plus the PS4 is at the end of the life cycle... I mean yeah they might put it on both to maximize profits but I'm just saying...

They will try to persuade us to buy the ps4/xbox one version, ps5/xbox next console version, and also the pc version like with gta 5.

Not a huge GTA guy but if they do the 3 cities and add 1 or 2 it could be the biggest media property ever. Maybe even bigger than the MCU 
They need to do something else with the world if they're going to use them again. We've pretty much seen rendered as realistic as possible today with GTA V and seeing it again would be boring.

Wouldn't mind a hd Vice City if they aren't doing a new city. An hd Vegas though
