That's my biggest fear that they will turn GTA 6 online into GTA 5 online.​

This might be the last GTA single player storyline in a minute, 'because they're gonna treat GTA online like the definitive GTA experience in which they centre the entre Online Universe around these weak storylines attatched to missions like they been doing with each iteration of 'new content' in terms of 'businesses' and such.
The fact that Rockstar has no interest in creating no new IP's or fukking with existing ones (RDR2 was already in the works before GTA online took stride, supposedly), instead allocating all resources towards keeping GTA online a Fortnite level experience and I'm honestly afraid this might be it for this company for the foreseeable decade if not more.​

I doubt GTA ever does DLC again on a single player campaign. the days of the ballad of gay tony or red dead undead nightmare are over. they will drop GTA 6 online and never look back with that iteration getting all the updates.
