Personally, I don’t give a fukk about none of those initiatives. It’s just an attempt to get the heat of their backs.

These bullish!t ass diversity measures don’t mean jack until we see more black CEOs, more black board members, and more black entrepreneurs. Put some effort towards that and I’ll applaud you.

Anything else is just a bandaid for the real issue in this country.
