yes, but if they dont give him time served like they did for the first one then this second senteence will keep him in there longer. I guess they havent told him if he'll get credit for it yet (?)

I thought they did end up giving him time served.

A judge has granted Gucci Mane credit for 11 months of served time. The rapper is scheduled for release in December of 2016.

Thats for the first charge for when his boy called the police on him for acting all crazy n shyt w/ the pistol. They just sentenced him to 3 years for hitting the guy in the head w/ the bottle in the club on Monday. The sentences are concurrent, but i dont think they said if they're gonna give him time served for the new charge.
