You also have to be Christian and go to church and can only have chic-fila as your source of biz income. They don’t play it’s like joining a cult.

Well that eliminates 98.9% of the coli. Thank goodness they said you had to believe in marriage or voting. That would have eliminated 99.9% of the coli....:mjlol:

I love talking business and entrepreneurship and I know most people here don't care about shyt like this but I thought it would surprise folk to know that it only costs $10,000 to be a Chick-Fil-A franchisee, and the company pays for all the startup costs to the restuarant as far as supplies and the actual store.

It costs nearly nothing to open a Chick-fil-A — but there's a catch

I don’t think you ever truly own the location...you basically pay $10,000 to become a Store Manager.

That goes for every franchise tho. I don't know if you seen the movie about McDonald's and how Ray Kroc fukked over the McDonald's brothers but I think all these franchises follow that ownership of real estate motto now.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
We have chick-Fil-A in nyc now so I’ll look into this.

Quick question tho.

Do these franchises have set rules on location since technically a lot of fast food restaurants aren’t in all cities.

We don’t have bonangles for example in NYC so i could imagine if i were to look into buying one there would be side note saying which state I have to live in?

Most of them do but I think there are some situations where they let you be an absent owner.

We know Rick Ross doesn't work at his wingstop locations. I also had a coworker that had 2 KFC's and she didn't work at them either.

I don't know the circumstances that will let you be absent though. It's the reason I don't own any franchises.

I'm sure there's location restrictions. For example, we don't have a Ruby Tuesday or a Cici's Pizza Buffet out here in the Bay but they show their commercials all the time. I'm sure someone would love to open one here but for some reason it hasn't happened.
