From the way she talks she sounds just as retarded as ole boy.
With that being said, this was nothing to go to the cops about. That cat is harmless.
Sad to say, I've run into many dudes just like him, half retarded, no social skills, terrible at reading situations and context.
It looks crazy but it aint criminal.
Dudes like that are just slow. They truly don't mean no harm and are just tryna get their dikk wet like the rest of us.
In that video especially he did nothing illegal or criminal. If she don't want to talk to him, she could have said that and dude would have walked away dejected and sad. And that's all.
She never once told him she wasn't interested. He tried to give her his number. Instead of her saying she don't want it, she instead says "I can't take your number cause I'm using this app from my phone and it won't let me go to the phone screen to put your number in while using the app."
Now in a perfect world dude would be smart enough to see that means she aint interested. But he's slow so to him, she never said no. She just said not right now.
Again if she flat out just said "nah dude don't come to my door anymore, I'm not interested" I'm certain homie walks off and never speaks to her again. He aint no predator. He aint even smart enough to be a predator.
