Guy stands outside of woman's apartment door in attempt to introduce himself. Is he predatory?

No lie this shyt happened to me last week with my upstairs neighbor. I was smoking weed bumping my music and she came knocking on my door.

I was high as hell and slick paranoid it was the cops or a neighbor complaining about my music. This chick came down naked wrapped in only a towel asking to buy some weed. I let her in and she goes on about how she been wanting to say hi to me for the longest but I be walking straight to my apt with my head down or whatever.

All I could think about after is if a dude would of did that how creepy it would come off. Like a women wouldn’t even open the door we would be talking thru the wall and it would be mad awkward.

Edit: im assuming he means he thought the dude was in there too. Let's say his story is 100 percent true, there is several better ways to handle the situation. He will get his ass shot doing shyt like that, if this isn't all cap.

He's definitely on the spectrum or just plain slow because none of his actions make sense. Living in the same building as a woman he finds attractive and not waiting until he runs into her again to shoot his shot instead of coming to her door at an odd hour. Then claiming he was using that as a ruse to get her to open the door to get a phone? Mf needs a chaperone and some sense.

Before anybody glosses over what he did or tries to play it off like it isn’t creepy, think about any female family member you got. Would you want strangers waiting on her, WHERE SHE LIVES, and trying to get with her through her front door?

Not only is this potentially dangerous for her…but it’s also dangerous for him. What if she opened the door and had a pit Bull or something. Or she had a BF answer the door.

Also from some of his mannerisms, it SHOULD be clear as day that he is off. From a clinical perspective I can smell the autism on him. And now she will never feel comfortable in that space.

This is tragic b/c I legit don’t think he is a bad guy. He’s just painfully socially inept, has zero situational awareness as to how the location and approach is socially uncomfortable. The way he positioned himself in this scenario, turns himself into a creep even if he had the best intentions…which I think he did. But you can’t expect people to be receptive to something like this if you are socially aware enough to understand how dangerous this could be.

Let's say you dont wanna deal with her anymore, and then you gotta deal with her acting crazy or tryna put salt in your situation if you have another woman over there.

Or what if she breaks up with you and then you gotta still see her right there, dealing with other men right in front of you.

Those are BEST case scenarios (other scenarios is her vandalizing your home, or her new man being jealous of you being right there and starting something with you).

Just seems like unnecessary drama to me.
