All very true because I firmly believe (based on experience) that the livit you pick drives your consciousness as you are eating the imprint of the creatures experience. On the flip vegetables dont want to be eaten and also scream and cry when picked as well as the whole anti nutrient thing. Two lenses, one tale.
Sprinkle into the mix that we all have our own intents and engines of flesh created by what we inherited from our ancestors and you'll see there are many, many variables and thus no one size fits. I do recommend people try a month or six with different approaches just to see what happens as you definitely gain Knowledge of Self in the "You are what you eat" sense as the fuel places a tint on your consciousness.
That and appreciate what you're about to ingest as the attitude of gratitude makes an immense difference.



Vegetarianism and veganism are nice ideals but if you were in your natural state your ass would starve to death tryna cut out meat.
In a hunter gatherer situation - which was 99.99% of our time on this planet - al you would have in any one area is moss, mushrooms, grass, and whatever fruits and berries you can forage.
No avocados or olives. No supplements. No way to make tofu or almond milk.
Not saying those diets cannot work, just that they are not natural. Not what we have been existing on for hundreds of thousands of years.
Thats why eating a "balanced" diet is critical. No one should be eating beef every week..![]()
