The fact things are born to die and you eat what you kill really makes me wonder about the fundamental nature of this realm and its creators intent. A bridge too far for many to contemplate as the warden in their head places that train of thought off limits but it is a fact of life and upon this the rest is built.
the line about green herb for food was twisted by domesticators to include animals that only eat green herbs (you are what you eat mentality)

so kosher beef might be your best friend :troll:

if you take a dimensional approach to food, you are basically saying i want to eat of this pattern not that pattern otherwise everything will always be confusing and overlapped.

Thats why diet and fasting are core parts of many religions.

For those saying that plants and vegetables feel pain.... LISTEN!!!

You know when you go to the doctor and they ask you 'on a scale from 1 to 10 how bad is the pain?"
Do you know why they ask you this? Because we do not have an instrument that is capable of measuring pain, there exists no Pain-O-Meter.
So when you say plants or vegetables feel pain remember, we do not know for sure if that is true or not, we are not there as a specie technologically.

What happens is researchers will somehow send a stimuli to maybe a plant or something of the sort and a reaction occurs.
However since no pain-0-meter exists we do not know if that reaction should factually be categorized as pain, we do not know.
This is just people guessing... that's all that it is.
It's like if you blow at a leaf and it moves and then scream "Look Look,.... it's in pain!!!!"
Also plants with fruits and veggies need them to be picked or dropped or what have you so their seeds can find soil one way or another to reproduce, they want you to eat them lol

Recently I switched my diet around.
Cut out red meat, pork, and dairy products
Beyond burgers, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, veggies, rice, chicken, fish, almond/soy milk, etc.

I already feel much better. Not congested, not bogged down after I eat, feel more energetic....it's not for everyone though.
not to tell you what to do, but some high quality red meat is better for you than maltodextrin/cellulose filled pseudo food.

turkey bacon has little to no nutritional value.

soy milk....stick to almond bro

There is no perfect diet. The general consensus is to eat/drink everything in moderation. And to avoid eating processed foods, and unnatural sugars. Too much of anything is bad for you.

agree with you on this, breh…I think the argument tho is that plants are living beings as well…they reproduce, react to stimuli, and have developed defense mechanisms…how do we justify the value of one living being over another in this case, particularly when plants have the added value of producing oxygen for us?…

Also plants with fruits and veggies need them to be picked or dropped or what have you so their seeds can find soil one way or another to reproduce, they want you to eat them lol

if we’re eating the seeds of fruits and veggies that would mean we’re hindering them from reproducing tho…:patrice:
