Can't feel my pain was all production. He got bested by a chicken wings and french fry verse on 3a.m. Keep it Thoro was mostly production. Genesis was dope.

Aw man...really? Damn, I would've never guess those picks. I've always said you can measure P's fall off by looking for that stand out opening line.

"I got you stuck off the realness..."
"There's a war goin' on outside, no man is safe from..."
"The saga begins..."
"I put my lifetime in between the paper's lines"

I think you still got those lines on HNIC man.

"I break bread, ribs, hundred dollar bills..." that shyt is awesome to me.

Keep It Thoro was pretty creative at the time. That shyt had no hook, was super hard, random ass lines, classic production. The Pain joint was one of my favorites on that album too.

You just complain cause you stressed
my pain's in the flesh
And through the years that pain became my friend, sedated
with morphine as a little kid
I built a tolerance for drugs, addicted to the medicine
Now hospital emergency treat me like a fiend
I rather die sometimes I wish a n--a O.D.
Beggin God for help, only to find
that I'm all by my God damn self
and you can never feel my pain

I guess it just depends what people consider lyrical. Is that the craziest wordplay or flow, or cadences? For sure, no. It's just real simple and to the point. I do agree that Cormega got 3 AM though.

I would've deaded this lil bullshyt argument real quick so we could talk about your mother if we were in a barbershop.

You dudes with your bullshyt ass opinions.
Are you serious?

I dunno shyt about the 80's, I don't even like 80's music but I know my place.
Sometimes you just gotta shut up and keep it moving.
Like really.
Yea ... i mean to say you like the sound better or somehting okay. But nobody in their right mind can say the Infamous isnt better. This is a top 3 caliber album were talking about here

Slightly. Sleepy uninspired mumble mouth P just doesn't do it for me. Give me 95-99 phantom of crime rap P.

And that's been why I can't get into that album as much as I want or the new mobb stuff as much as I want because I hear him and it just turns my damn stomach. He's not as bad as he was in the early to mid 2000s but he's no phantom of crime rap
