I like it that you have to use hacking and evasive driving to get away. it would be a different game if you could just shoot your way through those situationsand what the fukk were they thinking not being able to shoot from your car
had to take down this car in an area that i had no hacking access twists and turns every where i'm like shyt at least let me shoot his tire out.
sidebar: I was thinking the Coli brehs could make this shyt fun like GTAV before they hijacked our billions...but now because of this fukkery..smh
I think you should be able to shoot from stationary cars atleast.
or if you arent accelerating.

It seems like the more you hack the more of a chance of you getting hacked in return.
if it's not random, other players should be able to find the same npc
a few things:
-the npc's do seem to be randomized
-there's a lot of npc's with hoodies
-he was not found dead, and was probably killed by the player (and him laying there dead with that name is one of the reasons this looks so bad)
