There are on PC websites. Dunno if the can do the same thing with psn or live. It basically makes you wait 5 seconds before going in a page to prevent you from spamming the website

Gotta go with Kimdotcom's point on this: I'd be mad as hell at Sony and MS if the services I pay for gets disconnected again.
With all the games that rely on internet connections for patches or simply just to play the game, it's unacceptable.
