Usually takes about 10 minutes for me to be honest

But downloading them updates though?

I started yesterday at 4PM....I finished at 1AM

Rest mode helps to download the updates quicker but it has a tendency to finish and not wake up when they're done (happened to me twice and had to hold the power button)

Nah..I was clearly downloading 1-2MB/s. It's just that these updates are gigantic. 6-9GB.

Standard PS4 is 500GB. The OS takes up 100 alone so you really have 400.

Right now, I'm looking at 190-somethingGB left
