Now who do you think owns a high majority of all that ocean property, business, yachts/boats, dock space.. we're not talking about the cities surrounding Hampton, but the Hampton neighborhoods surrounding the school are white breh with a few blacks trickled in unlike schools like Howard, Clark/Spelman surrounded by the projects/inner city
