as long as people keep their hair clean and not over the top distracting
any style should be acceptable in the workplace.

you can make an argument against dreads. but as far as see i've cornrows are(or at leeast can be) very clean and neat.
now if you have somebody walking into work like this.
then yeah make a fuss about it.
