One of the OGs and Kings of calisthenics YouTube.
Shout out to all the ogs in calisthenics. I used to watch them on YouTube back when YouTube was YouTube, just cats uploading videos online, no money involved. People just spreading the word. Was on a couple of the forums too but they're dead and gone.
they used to have different groups. a lot of them are still around today. there were the bar starz, calisthenics kings, bar-barians , bartendaz and others. they used to have a calisthenics olympics.
one of the old forums was streetworkout forum. they had an incredible list of different street workout exercises with videos or gifs, links to workouts, programs. it was dope but its all gone now.
