You talking about Brian Banks? I've definitely heard of him. He's powerless, so he's not analogous to Weinstein. I never denied that there are men who get railroaded, I do not believe Weinstein was one of them. I saw some of the case files. He threatened women with career ruil and even physical violence so he could have his way with them. Using threats to get sex is rape. He's not the hill to die on.

Now that hes been sentenced ppl wanna claim it's because he was raping celebrity white women. Before the sentencing it was "Weinstein is gonna get way less time then bill cosby". Now that he got bout 10-18 more years then cosby now y'all gotta try to claim he's gonna get a better sentence than R Kelly. I wonder what y'all go say when R Kelly wins his case and get a not guilty verdict and walk free with no time or he end up only getting like 6 months. Y'all go be sick that the white dude ended up taking the biggest L and getting the most time in prison while R Kelly and Bill Cosby will be out living their best lives.
