Has a team in any professional sport ever won a championship without a single HOFer/Future HOFer on their roster?
The Royals de probably too early to tell.2015 Kansas City Royals might qualify for that.
'05 White Sox, '02 Angels and '97 Marlins (Sheffield should have made it though).
Forgot Big Hurt was on that team. Yeah, he barely played. The Royals de probably too early to tell.
The White Sox count IMO because even though Frank Thomas was on the team he was out due to injury.
Sheffield will eventually get in the HOF
I would say the 2004 Pistons, even though them winning that championship is pretty much guaranteeing either Ben Wallace gets in, or Chauncey (alongside that ESPN push he'll inevitably get for that case) will end up in there.
ben wallace will make it off the strength of his 4 DPOY, 5 all nba teams, 4 all star selections04 Pistons
Gary Sheffield on that 97 team should be in the hall, and they had Miguel Cabrera in 03One of the Marlins World Series teams, probably.
U realize Mutombo is in the HOF don't u04 pistons...
Ben the only guy with a chance to make it and I don't know if 4 DPOY and a ring is enough to get him in with such putrid offensive numbers
U realize Mutombo is in the HOF don't u

Uh huh ok lolOffensive numbers are quite a bit better than Wallace...
Way more all star appearances
Second all time in blocks...Wallace isn't even top 10...
Mutumbo is sort of the baseline for what a defensive first player would need to get in...and Wallace doesn't have his numbers...
