Overrated cac

I was listening to the sports station down here last night, & the host said Luck is elite, but Cam isn’t because he’s injured too much.
That shyt low key pissed me off so much I had to text the radio station on their text line & tell ol dude he full of shyt cause Luck is injured more than Cam, & Cam has won a MVP & at least been to the Super Bowl. Black QBs are held to such a higher standard it’s ridiculous

Cam has won a more competitive division more than Luck, too. People can say what they want about Cam, I'm not a huge Cam fan at all, but any assertion that Luck is better than Cam deserves to be questioned. Any talk about accuracy is funny, neither of these guys are supremely accurate. Luck has missed many throws, I've seen miss guys wide on outs and overthrow dudes...

Someone can say Luck's misses are largely contributed to releasing early because of a crap O-line that disrupted timing with receivers, but again I'll bring up the point that Wilson has played behind a shytty offensive line with collectively lesser skill talent and has proven to be more accurate than Luck on pretty much every kind of throw...

Luck conversations always devolve into a lot of apologizing for him for what he's had to work with, and saying if he had better he'd be better. At what point in this thread has a Luck supporter actually acknowledged a single criticism and weakness of his?

Did Elway really live up to the hype?
I'm too young to know his career in depth but I know he was a choker and never won in the offs until TD.
And i know it was a different time and different game but his TD/INT ratio in his 1st 7 years is atrocious 120/114:mybama:

Completion % around 55

Compared to Luck 171/83 and 60%

He was an overrated QB, and is a shyt GM

He's lived up to his draft position for Indy, which is what actually matters.
Dude is on pace this year to be one of the fastest QBs in history to hit 200 TD passes.

That's because of the era in which he plays. The last #1 pick the Colts had was multiple times better than Luck at the same point in his career; I cant think of one thing, just one thing, that Luck does better than the last guy at the QB position...

He's lived up to the pick for the Colts only in the sense that they turned respectable again with him. They aren't annual contenders outside of the lightning in a bottle first couple years. Granted, I think Ballard is an outstanding GM and I believe in him...

This is the type of stupid shyt I'm talking about.
The last time Indy picked a QB #1 was Peyton Manning who is at worst top 5 all time QB.
What a moronic comparison. :mjlol:

But but he's no Peyton Manning!

Nah you're in you're feelings...

A thread about Luck is not supposed to mention Manning, even though:

•Manning came in with similar hype
•Manning was the last #1 pick for the very same franchise
•Luck succeeded Manning at the position
•Colts bushed Manning in order to draft Luck

There are Peyton parallels all around Luck, his statue, his stature, and his shadow are gonna follow Luck's entire career, you in Fantasy Land if you think Luck won't always be measured to him. Luck is supposed to have been on the track for a Top 5 All-Timer, that's the point here. He hasn't met the expectations to this point...

Luck Stans get really salty when you not apologizing for dude's every move...

You got a bullet list on why we need to compare Luck to Manning?
You that thirsty to hate on him?
You writing story lines?

I should also add that there's a guy from Luck's own draft class, Russell Wilson, who has played with even less skill players on the offensive side, and behind an even worse offensive line, who has consistently and annually been better than Luck. I'm not accepting pity for Andrew Luck applications today lmao...

The guy is a really good quarterback. He hasn't met the hype surrounding his name, and he's going into Year 8. At some point it's not just everybody else anymore, and while people hate to hear this, Peyton met the hype in every way by Year 8 with the exception of making the Super Bowl---->he was 3-5 in the playoffs thru Year 7, Luck is 4-4, that's basically the same record. But besides that Peyton was everything they said he'd be and then some...

Marshawn Lynch aint no slouch
