we need to quit using celebs as examples of good looking older women....celebs are the exception...they have money and access to the best of everything that your average 40+ yr old woman doesnt....plus their entire existence depends on their looks...this isnt the case with regular people...

if the average woman doesnt have 2 hours a day of free time to work out then she needs to reevaluate her life. i dont even try to make time for exercise and i still hoop for 2-3 hours a day
actually if you dont have a couple hours a day to yourself to do anything then you need to change some things in life
