So 2011, in comes CP3... ever since 2011 they've been the exact same team EVERY YEAR. Vinny wasn't getting the job done apparently, so they bring on Doc. Same results. They lose the exact same way every year for 6 straight years.

Honestly I feel like if you took them and put the entire roster and staff on a different team they may have broken through, as in literally all the players and coaches and scouts but just not with the clippers. That franchise itself is cursed.

There's no GM in place. Doc is the coach, GM, and head of basketball operations. He inherited Blake, CP3, and DJ and has literally put nothing around them for the past 5 years since he's been here. Doesn't take the draft seriously, won't develop players outside of Junior, can't make a decent trade to save his life, gave away first round picks like candy, no scouting the D League or overseas, etc. Even the year we choked against Houston- beyond the starters that team was barron. Everybody had to play 40 minutes.
