Has any team ever been stagnant for longer than the current Clippers?

Is this question fukking serious?

How about the stagnancy of the Clippers BEFORE this current version of them?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!

The way people talk about the Clippers and how they need to blow it up and this and that, you'd think they were the Lakers or something, like this hasn't been BY FAR the GOAT run for this franchise.

It's amazing how quickly "Clippers ain't shyt, time to blow it up" overtook the yearly "Clippers gonna compete out west" shyt. It was cool to overrate them for years. And now I guess it's cool to act like this hasn't been the golden age of Clippers basketball. Seriously this is their Showtime. This is their 6 chips in 8 years. I've been saying this for players but it goes for orgs too, everybody ain't gonna win a ring or get close to it :manny:.

They actually should've beat OKC in 2014 and gone to the WCF. Cac refs cheated them out of that series after Durants "servant" mvp award got so much press. Spurs probably wouldve beat them, but who knows. Clips did beat them the next year with almost the same squad.

2015 should've been their year and they choked against Houston when their offense for 5+ minutes at a time was Jamal Crawford chucking

Plus its really alot of small shyt and the little things like- Not wanting to bring Hassan Whiteside in for a workout before he went to Miami, cutting Joe Ingles two years ago, passed on Rudy Gobert(2nd round), giving Milwaukee a 1st rounder just to take Jared Dudley's contract, heard we could've gotten DeRozen for Eric Bledsoe straight up four years ago, etc.

I understand whiffing on things from time to time as a GM but to whiff on everything 100% of the time is absurd:why: There has been no youth coming up in the system, no surprise new find, no x factor, no hungry D leaguer, no Euro, no gritty junkyard rebounder, absolutely nothing since he's been here. :mindblown:
