They probably won't during the interview process but they definitely will if and when you're hired.

It's better to come clean before it gets to that point.

theres no way they are going to actually check your records.

if you say you took some classes then they'll just take your word for it. if they ask for your records, say you'd rather not provide them. sounds shady, but i doubt it comes to that.

or you can say you did some volunteer work. give them the number of a friend or family member of yours if they ask to check up on it...and tell you friend about it before hand you'll be fine.

or you can always say you just been on unemployment and been looking for work. you're not the first person to have been outta work for a year. the economy is different...lots of people are in your shoes.

end of the day bruh dont trip. lie your ass off on your resume...but make sure your mouthpiece is straight and you can back it up in a convincing fashion during the interview.

Some places will check whether or not you graduated from a college, but I'm almost positive they wouldn't check to see if you took some classes.

Why can't you work for a whole year tho :dwillhuh:

Don't use a lie they can actually look into.find something you can lie about but they can't prove you were lying. I've never did this but a guy I used to work with said he lied all the time. And a girl I worked with said she put on her apps she was white.

I did this once too, for a job at a bank. My name is a white name too, so it worked out perfectly. I got an interview, and you could see the  reaction on the interviewers face when I walked in

You can lie but do it wisely. List companies you worked for but put fake positions that are related to the position u are applying for. When I was applying for IT positions all my data entry and customer service jobs magically turned to IT Customer service and data analysis positions.

All they can do is verify that you were employed by the company based on the dates it says on ur resume. I think its illegal to disclose details of ur previous employment such as salary, position etc.

And another thing it cost a lot to hire someone with the drug test etc. Once they offer you the job they pretty much checked everything they needed. If you come in and bust your ass and prove you're a valuable assest to the company they will keep you regardless

shyt my job just found out I got a DUI and they give no fukks because I come in on time do my shyt and cause no problems :yeshrug:

Plausible deniability. Don't lie about anything that you can't easily explain away if shyt hits the fan.
Otherwise, a lot of people lie. The layers jobs are putting between you and working are out of control. I needed 3 references
for a Barista job:comeon:

Try getting a job at Nordstroms while answering the survey questions honestly and see what they give you. I got denied 3 times, so my sisters did the exact
opposite of me, with much less experience, and got the job. Learned my lesson. You gotta sell that sizzle, breh. Become that "perfect" candidate.
