Has anyone else lost interest in sports?

I don’t know if it’s just me but I’ve completely stopped watching sports this year due to lack of interest. shyt seems very boring to me which is weird because I was obsessed with football and basketball last year Anyone else relate?

I played basketball and football growing up all the way until I graduated high school. I haven’t watched a full NBA or NFL game in a minute but I keep up with the news and watch highlights. I don’t see myself ever being as in tune with sports as I used to be again tbh. It gets repetitive and takes too much of my time that I find better used in other ways now

When I tried to follow Baseball, MLB didn't want my money.

When I tried to follow MMA, I might as well watch professional wrestling.

When I tried to watch Soccer, I ended up just settling for Pro Evolution Soccer.

The problem with sports is that higher ups want to nickel and dime the living shyt out of sports fans. Factor in the godawful streaming blackouts, regional nonsense, players acting like feet in the air on the telephone THOTS, and shyt. Why should I even try to watch sports, when all of these factors make it hard to enjoy sports.

i'm actually into the NFL more than I have been in years off the strength of the playoffs last yr and just as big an NBA fan as always. shyt i watched some playoff baseball last night.

my interest in new music has dropped off quite a bit. not sure if it is tastes changing or just because I no longer have a commute. I used to listen to a couple albums a day just in the car, now I maybe check out a new project every couple weeks and that's really it

Yeah I feel that as well. Like my wife yelling "ROLLTIDE", like when the fukk you watch College Football, you barely have the attention span to see if the leaves are potent.

Still interested but I can't keep up with everything going on, so I gotta limit what I watch. This time of year you got college football, NFL, MLB playoffs, NBA starting soon, Formula 1 going, European soccer. It's great to have options but it's exhausting trying to keep up with everything.

Right now I'm just doing MLB playoffs and college football, and maybe the occasional NFL game.
