Has anyone ever had a nervous breakdown?

My job only has 3 people working here including my boss who is off for a weak so I'm in charge doing both our jobs. I'm the only one sending bread to my cousin upstate also, and his bm, who needs it occasionally. Not to mention my girl, rent and back medical bills.

You need to make time for you.
Even if it's just a walk outside. We need a break every once in awhile.

Well before you get to the point of breaking. Well before.
