Has anyone gotten to the point where sports media is getting unwatchable?

Honestly the best takes are found on YouTube channels. There are folks that study teams in and out so there takes are educated. Compared that to the folks on the that are required to know just enough about every team in every damn sport just to be able to defend whatever opinion they have .

For years it's been Dallas, Brady, Lebron, and a handful of players from the NBA and NFL. :martin: I'm starting to question why have I subjected myself to listen to the same shyt for years from outlets that don't even try to provide a good product.
Be prepared to get clowned. I haven't closely followed sports since 2011 and I regularly get roasted for it when I hang out. Its the same shyt all the time. These new nikkas no different then the old ones. Just softer.

wait what? Lmaoooo sex scandal?

When was the last one?
Just in general. As someone who doesn’t watch espn that’s my generalization of what I see in the spilt second i do:russ: :yeshrug:

It’s always a fukking off court issue involving a woman and frankly I don’t give a fukk about these athletes outside of their sport :yeshrug:. I appreciate their athleticism, root for my favorite ,even might click a interview if I think he is funny and etc but idc after what goes in in their homes:camby:

How much can be said about the same sports, by the same people, year after motherfukkong year lol

I suspect you have to b a retard to find it interesting :hubie:
Yeah as a sports fan I agree. I find men that are SUPER into sports as like borderline functional autistic

Nothing wrong with having hobbies and bullshyt you watch I watch sports and other bullshyt too but I mean men who life REVOLVES around a team of strangers playing a sport :scust:

You ever meet someone who’s team losses and their life is in shambles and they walking around all sad and depressed :dead::scust::mjlol:

It has always been garbage. You are probably just now actually listening to what those meat heads are saying.

Above the fray.

Sports media is mostly unnecessary in modern era. I just need to know tipoff or kickoff time. I can form my own opinions about what I watched, or speak to friends who played/coach for more insight.

The in game commentators are unnecessary too. In past era, some of the ex coaches turned broadcasters would really educate you about the game, and things you otherwise wouldn't know. John Madden was excellent. Hubie Brown and Doc Rivers were good.

If the playoffs are coming up, I might listen to be brought up to speed, but other than that those shows are not really needed.

the Stephen A Smithification of sports media/shows has
made the content nearly unwatchable. Just a bunch of yelling for no damn reason. :mjtf:
