Has anyone had kidney stones?

I've had kidney stones before. I thought it was something that was going to go away I felt very uncomfortable for like 3 days, once I started to piss blood I knew it was worst than what i thought it was since i never pissed blood before, I went to the hospital immediately.

They confirm it's a kidney stone , and it's 3 mm.
I read it's not too big and might not feel any pain

Depends on the size. I know someone who gets them kind of often like once every few years and he will pass out from the pain. My wife also had it and said birth was easier. So it can be bad.

What causes this?

not enough water intake, too much sugar or salt intake usually.

I had a homie who used to get them all the time, nikka only drank soda. he had to stop that shyt, fool was getting stones 2-3 times a year

Nah, my older brother used to get them though. His ass would be in the bed for like two days until he passed it. He's been stabbed before and he said he'd rather get shanked again before he has to pass a kidney stone.
