Basically battle rap, like anything else on Earth, is gonna go through it's stagnant periods. I think it hit a little snag midway through this year, but is actually on the upswing again. After this Hollow/Lux event battle rap will be all over the place again

I think a better way to describe what is going on with battle rap instead of the word milestone is plateau...

I think battle rap has hit a plateau.....a state of little or no change following a period of activity or progress
