Has it been hard for you to get an uber lately?

I know there's a pandemic and shyt but it's only 11:30 here in suburban New York and it used to be super easy to get home.

The local taxi stand by me shut down due to Covid (:mjcry) and now I have to walk a mile

Do you have a low score rating or barely use the app? I noticed the more I used the app the quicker the rides would come. It use to be standard 10-25 minutes. Now it’s usually under 10 minutes

I have a 4.9 rating and I've been using the app frequently for 4 years. I got rides easily even at the peak of the pandemic but it's dead here tonight.

Yeah shyt got weird today
Lyft charged me double my usual rate around noon.. giving me that whole "limited availability bullshyt"
I had to get to work so I said fukk it
Same bullshyt on my way back
Switched to Uber and there had no drivers at all


fukk these companies.. driving myself now.. tired or not

Yea they been tripping tried to get one on a weekday afternoon , and they was talking about not many drivers available. Usually its booming. Even doordash been cutting back on restaurants, couldn't get my goat vindaloo

In Detroit when trying get a ride. No matter the time. “No cars” so I just go to Lyft. So in Detroit, I think a lot of drivers messing with Lyft more. A whole lot more.

Couldn’t get one on Lyft last week when I was in Vegas trying to get to the Airport, took me about 5 minutes to get a driver when I switched to Uber...it’s always been instantly prior to that

Nah I have never had an issue getting a ride until today
Muthafukkas charged me $10 more for the same trip I always take... twice
shyt I didn't want to drive the day before the snow storm hit..,but I got rides with ease

My car is in the shop getting body work done so all this week I've needed to use lyft and uber....its never any drivers available on either app...it takes like 20 mins of searching to finally connect me to a driver
