I don't get it. how does uber get their cut if u pay for your ride in cash??

You take the cut from non cash payments. Uber will not let drivers take all cash payments nor will more than 15% of payments be in cash anyways.

If you got bank issues with overdrafts at many banks you can still get a prepaid debit card that doesn't let you overdraw in modern times and put cash or whatever on it.

Cash checking spots still exist and Walmart has cash checking services.
