Lowry could very well be a systems player but his move to Toronto also coincided with his development in maturity. He ain't as talented as a lot of PGs but guarantee he's a top 3 floor general at that position along with CP3 and someone else idk...

his stats don't reflect how valuable he is....but what is it bout the ISO system you think allows him to excel?

How can a player be LUCKY to be in an ISO system? That doesn't make any sense. And no Wall could not average 30 points if he wanted to, he doesn't have the scoring skillset to come close to that.
