Read the fine print, brehs...
This is the Jordan Clarkson Basketball Camp...
powered by the the National Basketball Academy.
All that campers are guaranteed in terms of Jordan Clarkson interaction is an autograph opportunity and a meet-and-greet.
So he he shows up the 1st day of camp, and
maybe the last day of camp for an hour total. Takes some pictures with the kids, signs some basketballs & t-shirts.
Don't forget that his travel to and from the camps, his meals for the duration, and any hotel stays (I doubt he
lives in Cleveland) are tax-deductible business expenses.
Especially useful when both the state of Ohio and the City of Cleveland both have steep income tax rates.
To top it all off, he collects a percentage of that $295/camper fee (I'd assume at least 33%) in exchange for the National Basketball Academy using his name to market the camps.
He doesn't spend any time or money out of his own pocket organizing the camps...that's all on the National Basketball Academy
Given that cover photo, assume what, 50-100 kids per camp? And 3 camps? So at the top end, we're talking ~$29k to Clarkson, plus a bunch of tax deductions...
for an hour of work
The hustle is real with this one
