Siakam would be a problem on the Warriors just running the floor with his speed

The fact that these cats don't see this is a problem.

I'm not even saying don't trade him. I get why OG is deal now, because of his age and contract.

But for the life of me, don't entertain Siakim with the warriors he's not that washed that they couldn't find a way to maximize his usage rate to fit their scheme.

Scrubs with less talent have gone to the warriors and thrived.

Siakim is still the protypical 3 & D guy who feeds off of mismatches.


Then when you add some knock down shooters in the mix with Curry, Poole and Klay, you're asking for trouble.

It just makes them more difficult come playoff time. A lineup with FVV, OG, Barnes and Siakam is a nightmare defensively

It's probably smarter to keep him at least right now. Those 6'7-6'9 cats who can guard multiple positions on the floor is a luxury to have and the Raptors just so happen to have 3 of them at the moment. Unless a deal they can't refuse is presented to them I would leave it alone and build around them.

It’s what nearly every team in the league desperately is looking for, so Toronto could get a pretty deal in return whenever they decide to move one of the three.

I would guess that teams will start calling and asking once he’s out there playing and showing that he’s healthy.

No need to rush it though. See how the fit works and then go from there.
