GTR never had swagger. The problem is that's its too boy racer. I wouldn't turn one down but I never cared for it. You spend all that money and the car don't even look exotic.

For $80k- $200k I'm going Corvette or Porsche.

Thank you. GTR should be sold and promoted like the charger/SS/challenger/mustang etc but they only make it exclusive like people really checking for it like the skyline. Last time I cared about a GTR was back in 2010.

GTRs barely escape the base model C8, but the Z06 has 170 more HP.

That's the thing all y'all forget about the Vette-- we've been comparing literally every single super car to a BASE MODEL C8, and it's still beating, tying or barely losing to EVERYTHING on the road at this moment.

Light to light and in the quarter mile the only thing keeping up with C8s are things like Teslas, 720s and Bugattis. Base model C8s rip up Hellcats, M-BMWs, Supras, Mustangs, Camaros, AMGs, C7s, certain Lambos, you name it. You need a roll race to beat C8s right now, and that's because they're only 500hp.

Once the Z06 and Zora C8s hit consumer's garages, even the mighty Teslas will be getting that work.

I've very rarely seen the newer ones in person but I have a neighbor who is friends with someone who owns a R32, it sounds like something from Fast and Furious with the nitro and whistling sounds it makes when driving by.

the corvette was, is and always will be a budget sports car.


the GTR is superior to it from the factory and has more potential/versatility. thats why it costs more.

The base C8 doesnt need AWD and gets the same 0-60 and 1/4mi as the Nismo. Its literally a push between a Stingray and a GTR. The Z06 is the superior performer at this point. The GTR platform is just too old now. Cheaper, standard model cars (C8) with less horsepower are outperforming the track variant of the GTR. Thats a clear sign its outdated. This is coming from a GTR fan. Mostly R34, but still a fan. Its long overdue for a remodel and thats why they are releasing this last special NISMO edition.

It had a great, great run imo. Motorsport wise its the best skyline ever, even better than the R32

I don't give a shyt about keeping up with a GTR. C8 looks better, sounds better, and get's the hoes. You ain't pulling up to the club in a GTR
