No. If it's all about rings then that would mean Duncan surpassed him 7 years ago. If you didn't think he was better then I'm not sure what he's done to surpass him recently. Dream was pretty much better at everything except passing and rebounding was basically a push.

I have no problem with People on their GOAT lists having Duncan ahead of dream. But he wasn't a better player especially at their Peaks.

Hakeem at his best 93-95' is as good as Anyone, but he just doesn't have the career to be as high as others on a Greatest of all time list
