I think it's hypocritical to stress the importance of education while failing to deliver a school. And it's not just about the formal education aspect but to prove he can complete a major project from start to finish.

Could be but I don't know anything about his school. So I don't know why it hasn't come to fruition, but if it's about lack of money, I wouldn't say that's hypocritical.

He has had NUMEROUS opportunities to secure funding and get the school open. Some rich guy was about to write him a big check for it but he fukked it up.
I personally like Umar. I think his takes on the psychology of black children are genius, he can be entertaining at times and he makes a good point now and then when he stays in his lane but he is NOT a LEADER.

He has been publicly collecting money for a school since 2009. He has by his own statement collected over a million. There are reports he has collected at least 3 milly
No kid has been taught anything in that time period. He is either a scammer or incredibly inept. Either way he should not be in charge of anything

The chicken comes before the egg. As a case study, you need to compare latino youth to black youth. They often have way more gangs as well have similar low rates of reading and math scores in school. However, later in lfie latino youth tend to do well. Why is that? MORE ACCCESS TO CAPITAL. Wether its in the form of employment (construction jobs, food trucks and government policy) or more credit lines etc.

This takes generations to cultivate though. You need government policy to kick start that process though. Jewish gangs were big when they first move here. it wasnt until government policty and access to capital allowed jewish youth to matriculate to law schools and medical schools in record numbers that their situation changed.
You don't need more access to capital to teach your children the importance of education in this country. You understand we are talking about something that is FREE right? I used to date a teacher who taught at a predominantly black school and always said on parent/teacher conference night, maybe one or two parents showed up to discuss with her how their children were doing. That is ridiculous. You don't need capital or "government policy" to give a fukk about how your child is doing in school.

Umar never tells lies,which is why clowns have to immediately reach to discuss the progress of his school,rather than what he said.
This isnt practical at scale. It just isn't. Humans dont function that like that AT SCALE. It's like Japan trying to solve it's birth rate crisis. It just so happens that the more advanced a country gets, the lower the birth rate. Economists and experts are trying to solve that issue but human behavior is unpredictable at scale.
