Being a better writer on the other hand is more factual depending on what songs you're comparing.
Having a better flow is also subjective in some cases but that depends on the all round delivery and the beats.
Cole & Kendrick > Drake in terms of rapping, writing and Hip Hop in general
I'll give Drake as a better song maker based on general opinions and fan base. Despite not enjoying his shyt myself
