Nikkas stay moving goalposts whenever it suits the narrative.

The same dudes putting in work at 20 can mos def do the same in their 30s and 40s. Hard work is hard work, but being real, most folks don't actually work that hard.


Cats will say "eveyone has a different goal" or "everyone starts somewhere" but when you make zero visible results after years, it's cause you weren't actually getting after it, you were just going through the motions.


If you can be a farmer for 20, 30, 40 years you can most definitely beast in the gym for just as long.
