I was in the housing market recently trying to get a nice place in Ohio. At first i talked to this white realtor
He kept showing me these borderline section 8 looking houses worth 30K at best :dahell:
I told i'm not making an offer on anything he showed me because they're well below my price range.
He said :jbhmm: what price range are you looking for?
I said i'd be willing to go up to 90K. In the market i live in 90K is a nice house but is still not anything ultra extravagant.
This fool was like :heh: yeah right.

literally laughed and said yeah right for just a 90K house :gucci: .
In any case i dismissed him and went with a black realtor and bought a house with her instead for 90k.

Your family is going to be surrounded by Biff and Becky 24/7 so unless you're looking out for it and prepare for it, they're going to turn into wenches. Most black folk don't understand this and aren't prepared for it. Issues of race seem real obvious if you came up that way, but when your kids are surrounded by snake smiles their whole childhood, they're not going to figure it out until it's too late.
