I've encountered a lot of Jack & Jill, Boule types over the years; while not all of them are terrible, that whole mindset is not something I would want to deal with often.

i always wonder why people live in expensive ass housing market. You should know that wages aren't increased in a directly proportional relationship to the local housing market?
Houses might be 4 times as expensive in a particular market but the the median salary is usually only up 1.6 to 1.8 times greater to go along with that. Thats a net loss.
I'd rather make 90K in work in a market where the houses are 100k, than make 150K and work in a market where the houses are 400k.

But then I'd have to live in Ohio

I visit my sister, niece and nephew in D.C. and came across these uppity sisters in their 30s and ups who act like they are on some real housewives of D.C. shyt.....

Always bragging about their degree, who they know like doctor or lawyer so and so and then brags about their kid attending Howard or down at Morehouse or Spellman

The realist blacks I came across was working class black men who have their own small electrician business or trucking business
