just something that comes with being a security guard most of my work life.

keep in mind, its not always racial. sometimes it can just be the way a person is dressed or talks or looks.

share your stories and i will share some of mine.

Yea. My grandmother told me never to trust fellow Jamaicans "because dem teef" and don't ever rent apartments to Ricans because they bring roaches.

my very 1st security job, i was assigned to the gap. i forgot where the store was, but somewhere in manhattan. i was 18 years old and never worked a real job before then.

my supervisor was black. older than me, but young now that i look back on it. maybe mid 20s. so he schooled me real quick.

he told me "when u see any group of black/hispanic teens, or asian old ladies, say this on the radio(i forgot what the code was)". that pretty much meant we were gonna follow them. so for a couple of weeks that i was there, everyday i was following around minorities. and any groups of asian ladies of 3 or more.

never caught any of them stealing so looking back i feel a little ashamed, but i was young and was only doing as i was told.

I discriminate All the time. But im not ashamed of it.

If the person is white, I dont offer help. I've let people fail on projects just because they r white, but only if I black person is behind them for the come up. If nothing is to gain I dont randomly sabotage cacs.

I need to change this policy.... but ive always helped black women over black men. Only have stuck my neck out for black women... a couple times I chose the black guy over woman didn't work out right, so left a bad taste. College educated Black women are usually guaranteed choices, over any demographic or race. Especially if they have a kid or husband.

I used to not sit at restaurants if the waiter was gay, but I was a teen then.. I dont do that now.

I used to hate Mexicans.. my hs even had deaths with a black Mexican race war. I thought other Hispanic were on our side, until I learned of white cubans.
Now I like every one, except white cubans.

I won't have sex w an asian chick unless shes mixed w black. I even went two months w no p*ssy sticking to this policy in asia.

I dont associate with overweight women unless they are older than 35 w kids. Under 35, whats ur excuse?

Discrimination would be like white shoppers can shop in the perfume section of the store and black people can't. Profiling is letting both white and black people shop anywhere, but you follow the black shoppers around and not follow the white shoppers.

I don't like hanging out with ex-convicts, or anyone who talks criminal offenses like they talk weather. That includes any type of illegal drug. I let them live, but I'm just not into being around that kind of thing. I got a squeaky clean background and I'm not trying to lose it.

But its fine to stand around smoking tobacco and getting fukked up off alcohol because they are legal? This ignorance has to stop sometime.
