There is quite the difference between “mentoring somebody” and “doing some training for ONE DAY”. Lol

Secondly, you can diffuse a lot of tension just by asking her upfront if she could just not fall in love with you because you’re there to work. I imagine there is probably some sort of Employee Handbook; when you give it to her, just write that in there if it’s not included by your company already.
