Have you ever quit a job without anything lined up?

Yes. I quit and started a business. But I know that heaven and earth can be moved with tenacity and ingenuity. If you have hustle bones, then have no fear about sacrificing dignity for a job. You will recover quickly.

Started a job in January and worked 14 hours my first day. You didn't know what time u got off. Would work 55-60 hours a week and overtime didn't kick in till after 52 hours . LTL industry is one of the only few industries that need a union

You got to just bite the bullet and do it, that’s like wanting to break up with your girl but you scared to be single. Sometimes you got to let that shyt go for your mental.
But never jump out the window off of emotions, if logically it make sense then do it

Well did you do it OP?
I want to quit on spot tomorrow too.
Has anyone quit on the spot? My friends say don’t but I’ve been fired before and know how it feels to be told get your shyt and get the fukk out. This is after me giving my blood sweat and tears for the company.

Nah I didn’t, unfortunately my black ass doesn’t have the much in savings, have bills and are going on vacation next month. I’m looking for a job actively however, even I do find one I’m quitting on the spot

Yeah I did, I ended up burning through 10k of my savings and was stuck working at a amazon delivery station shop for 15/hr after quiting my 65k/year job.

It was good after 3 months but around the 5th month I started getting nervous. This is what prompted me to move down south. I interviewed for a call center down south and moved into my apartment with only a offer letter and a down payment/ 1st month.

I didn't even get a chance to start that call center job I moved for. I got recruited by another company making same salary I was getting up north.

I wouldn't do that move again because I was playing with homelessness

Yes, in my early 20's I left a call center job without a backup plan because it was too stressful. I lived in a house with my sister and my portion of the bills was 450 a month so I wasn't too terrified.

I ended up taking a temp job at a warehouse a couple of weeks later and I stayed there for about 3 months until I found a much better job in my field.

I wouldn't do that again though I'm a grown man with too many responsibilities.

Boss power tripped and essentially lost control today and was just bad mouthing me, had a shyt review and NO RAISE (I'm IT Help Desk) I kind of just want to say fukk it and leave tomorrow

Yes sir, Target when my wife was 9 months pregnant (she was my girlfriend at the time). Wife's father flipped and begged her to move back home. I promised my wife I would land on my feet but I couldn't work at Target overnight. It was mindless soul-sucking work that made me extremely depressed.

Ended up with a good ass job (legal), that I'm still working for 18 years later. Thankfully wifey didn't bounce on me, because quitting a job when you're girl is 9 months pregnant is phukin retarted BUT I gambled on myself (as did my wife) and I won because I love what I do now.
