You should always try to leave a job with a two-week notice, I know some circumstances might call for an immediate exit though.

I never quit a job without one lined up though, I like my money coming in on schedule, even if I have savings.

Yea I'm on the hot seat for productivity. It's just the unemployment ain't shyt with the rent increase.

Yup. One of the best decisions I ever made. I was single with no kids and in my mid 20s. Wouldn't recommend if those circumstances aren't the same.

You should not do that in Texas. A lot of these jobs take advantage of you such as not paying out your PTO and letting you go the week of your 2 week notice.

You have to use your PTO prior to quitting that day/week.
